Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not yet moved into production or been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund the amount you paid.

Many of our products are made to order using the names, text, dates and photographs you provide. Once production has started on a personalized order, it can no longer be cancelled or changed.

If you spot a mistake in your order details, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to correct it before production begins.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. After it is delivered, you may request a return or exchange as explained in our Exchange & Refund Policy.

We may need to cancel an order in certain situations, for example if an item is unavailable, there is an error in the price or product description, your payment could not be completed, the delivery address is outside India or cannot be served, or we suspect fraud.

If we cancel your order, we will let you know using the email address or phone number you gave us, and refund any amount you have paid.

Refunds for cancelled orders are sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank, card company or UPI provider may take some additional time to show the refund in your account.
