We currently deliver across India only. Every Noor Gold Studio piece is made with care, so please read how we process and ship your order.

Shipping within India only

Noor Gold Studio currently ships to addresses within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time, and orders with a delivery address outside India cannot be accepted.

Order processing

Many of our products, including personalized portraits and devotional frames, are made to order. Processing covers design confirmation, crafting, 24k gold plating and a final quality check before dispatch.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes 4 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Courier delays, weather, festivals and other situations beyond our control may affect delivery.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. If we are running a free shipping offer, it will be mentioned on the product or cart page.

Order tracking

When your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details on the email address or phone number you gave at checkout, so you can follow your parcel until it reaches you.

Address accuracy

Please enter a complete and correct address, including PIN code and a working phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an address issue, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will be happy to look into it.
