Some of our products are made to order using details you provide, such as names, text, dates and photographs.

• Please check spellings, details and image quality carefully before you place your order. We make your product based on what you submit.
• You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every photo and piece of content you send us, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or break the law.
• We use your content only to make and deliver your order, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when Noor Gold Studio confirms it, and we must receive your payment first. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as product unavailability, an error in pricing or description, or suspected fraud. If we do, we will try to inform you using the email address or phone number you gave us, and refund any amount you have paid.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we may be unable to accept cancellation requests after an order is accepted. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.

You confirm that your purchases are for your own personal use and not for commercial resale.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Unless stated otherwise, prices include applicable taxes such as GST, and any shipping or handling charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Prices, discounts and offers may change without notice. The price you pay is the price in effect when you place your order, as shown in your order confirmation. Separate terms may apply to specific promotions.

You confirm that the payment details you provide are true and complete, and that you are authorized to use the payment method you choose. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or by events beyond our control. The risk of loss or damage to your order passes to you once it is delivered to you.
